Can the size and design be customized?+
Provide the closed size, spread layout, number of spreads and any shaped-page requirements. Artwork, material and finishing are agreed for your order.
What should I include in an enquiry?+
The product type, size, quantity, material, printing and finishing preferences, delivery country and a reference image. For books, add the page count. For boxes, include the contents and insert layout.
Can I request a sample?+
Samples can be arranged. Sample charges, timing and any order-related credit are agreed in your quotation.
What are the MOQ and lead time?+
These depend on the construction, materials, finishing and quantity. Contact us for the terms that apply to your project.
Which artwork format should I prepare?+
Editable Adobe Illustrator (AI) artwork is preferred. Share available files and references so the team can review the design before sampling.
